New High Chair

Unpacking the chair-Amelia's favorite part!

After many months of searching, we are the proud new owners of a Keekaroo high chair. We have been desperate for a new chair that will enable Amelia to sit with us at the table. And although I like her Graco chair, it would not fit under our table, and Amelia seems to despise it lately. Our dining room chairs are padded and have a really high bar in the back, which combined, does not work with any booster chair we tried. So began the hunt for a chair that would slide under the table, still allow her to eat with her own tray, and wipe down easily (our Graco came with two fabric pads that had to be washed). The Keekaroo does all of the above and Amelia loves sitting in the soft, squishy, yet well-supported infant insert, which is supposed to be used until age 3. Then, you get a back and chair pad set made out of the same comfy material. So far, it is working very well and we have one happy diner sitting at our table!
