In celebration of Mother's Day, Amelia was up FOUR times last night. Her lower left tooth is coming through (finally!) and it must have really bothered her. She really made me work for the title, "Mom" last night!!! This morning, church was was yet another "mommy" workout. It was actually her nap time, but would she give it up and lay her head down to go to sleep? No way! Next was lunch at Michael's. Considering she missed her morning nap, Amelia was pretty good, except for not eating lunch. We were able to take a few pictures when we got home, then it was definitely nap time! I got to lay in the sun (although it was a little cool) and take a little nap of my own, which was much deserved after last night. This afternoon we took a bike ride to visit g'ma Brenda, then it was back home to play with g'ma Michelle. The best part of the day was this evening while mommy and Amelia were playing: Amelia took her very first steps!!! And it wasn't a fluke, either. She took three steps three different times! I'm guessing it's only going to be a couple weeks before she's off and running! I was so very proud of her and she was pretty proud of herself, by the way. I can't believe my baby's turning 10 months old tomorrow. She for sure acted 10 months old tonight!
