Last night was Amelia's first taco night in celebration of Uncle Chris' birthday this week. Grandma Brenda outdid herself again with her one-of-a-kind tacos. It is a special recipe that her mother used to make and she has continued the tradition. The tacos consist of a homemade shell and some very atypical toppings including peas and radishes. They are exceptionally yummy and everyone loves them! Here are some pictures from the gathering:
